My Approach

Life has its ups and downs and everyone has a story that deserves to be heard. It takes courage to reflect on your life and create change.  I am a compassionate, empathetic therapist who will meet you where you’re at. I will work with you to tap into your knowledge, gain skills and provide reflective feedback to move forward and accomplish your goals.  Whether your focus is on anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships or communication, we can work together to increase your motivation, improve relationships, structure healthy boundaries and treat underlying issues for a more fulfilling life.

Therapy

Therapy is unique to every individual.  Your care will reflect that individualism.  I am trained in several evidence based therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which are trauma focused disciplines, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
